Faulty or Missing Product
We strive to make sure that ever order is filled accurately and try to get items to you as quickly as possible. However, we are human and if for any reason something is missing or defective, please call us ASAP @ 877-GIFTS-R-US and we'll get the replacement right out to you. If it's our fault or defect we will, of course, take care of the shipping expense.
Return of Unused Products
We do NOT accept unused products for refunds. We have found that extra tests left over after a seminar can be offered to the attendees (they typically know others who they would love to share the test with).
Cancellation
Please verify order PRIOR to submitting payment. Once a order is process we do NOT allow cancellations. We will however, allow substitution of equal value products if you contact us PRIOR to shipment of your order.
